TEACHING
Developing thoughtful, ethical and globally minded future leaders.
I believe the most valuable education does more than transfer knowledge. It develops curiosity, judgement and the confidence to navigate complexity. My teaching combines academic theory with professional practice, encouraging learners to challenge assumptions, apply evidence and make better decisions.
MY TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
Education should challenge assumptions, encourage curiosity and prepare learners to think independently.
My approach combines academic rigour with real-world experience, encouraging students to question, analyse and apply knowledge across business, leadership, entrepreneurship, strategy and innovation.
TEACHING AREAS
Business Strategy
Examining how organisations make choices, create value and respond thoughtfully to change.
Leadership
Developing ethical judgement, self-awareness and the ability to lead responsibly through complexity.
Entrepreneurship
Turning insight into action through opportunity recognition, experimentation and responsible venture creation.
Marketing
Understanding customers, markets and value through evidence, empathy and strategic communication.
Innovation
Exploring how ideas become meaningful improvements through creativity, evidence and disciplined implementation.
Business Education
Connecting academic knowledge with applied learning to develop confident and reflective practitioners.
IN THE CLASSROOM
Connecting business theory with contemporary practice.
My classroom approach supports learners at different stages of academic and professional development. I connect established business concepts with contemporary organisations, practical decisions and reflective discussion, encouraging learners to question assumptions, articulate their reasoning and develop judgements they can defend.

LEARNING & TEACHING
Experience across institutions, learners and educational settings.
My teaching experience spans further and higher education in the UK and internationally. I currently teach at Capital City College and Lewisham College, following earlier appointments at Croydon College and Berjaya University College.
